Damaged items
If you receive a box that
is visibly damaged by the carrier, you may either refuse the shipment or accept
the shipment but tell the carrier to note damage on their system.
1.
CALL THE CARRIER
FIRST, www.ups.com www.fedex.com . They will request the tracking
number which can be found on the label. If they give you an additional reference
number, give us the reference number and update us on their instructions by
email.
2.
If your order
arrived by US Mail, notify us immediately.
3.
We will take it
from there. If you don't notify the carrier in 3 days a claim cannot be filed
and a refund cannot be issued.
4.
DO NOT DISCARD THE BOX OR ANY PACKING MATERIAL. This may void any insurance claim and you will not be
credited for the item.
Lost items in transit
All items are insured for
damage or from being lost if UPS or FedEX is used as the carrier. They are
responsible for those shipments. If you requested a special means of shipping,
such as United States Postal Service, we are not responsible for lost items nor
for items that are damaged. Selecting this method is at your own risk.
You must call our office to make these arrangements. There is an extra handling
fee by USPS associated with this service.

States Postal Service, we are not responsible for lost items nor for items that
are damaged. Selecting this method is at your own risk. We will
certainly do everything in our power to facilitate in this matter, as your
agent, but make no claims or promises to the outcome. You must call our office
