SHIPPING POLICY
  MINIMUM ORDER & FLAT RATE SHIPPING
  There is a $15.00 minimum order size at kitchenstuff.com.

We offer a Flat Rate Shipping fee, a meager $5.99 on ground orders up to 10 pounds. Backorders are processed at $5.99 flat rate. Orders that require shipping from multiple warehouses ship at $5.99 flat rate per shipment. Orders will automatically ship partial unless otherwise noted at time of order placement. Orders that are requested to ship complete (that must be compiled from multiple locations) are accessed a $10.00 handling fee. Orders over 10 pounds do not qualify for $5.99 flat rate shipping. These rates appear at check-out.

Items not part of this flat rate shipping policy are noted in the individual item description. Commercial accounts and high volume customers do not qualify for flat rate shipping.
We reserve the right to notify you if there is an error on our site concerning
shipping fees. If an error/adjustment affects your order then you will be contacted prior to shipping. Items that are larger than the dimensional limits established by UPS and FedEx may have higher fees, that wont post at check-out. If this occurs, you will be contacted prior to shipping and the adjusted mount reviewed.      


  SHIPPING WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES FOR UPS/FEDEX.
  Canceling orders or items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address might
affect your order. Additional handling fees may occur for such changes ($25.00
where applicable).

We DO NOT guarantee shipments to P.O. Boxes. This is at your own risk. There
is no way to track by U S Mail. There are no refunds for orders placed with
USPS directions.

Orders do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays. If an order is placed late in the day, it might not process until the next business day. This is at the discrepancy of the warehouse the item is shipping from. 

  HANDLING/PROCESSING FEE
  For items that are bulky, HAZMAT or above a certain weight, an additional
handling fee may apply. All additional shipping costs are clearly indicated
prior to finalizing your transaction. No item, such as these, will be shipped
without your final approval.

  HAZARDOUS ITEMS
  Shippers classify some items as Hazardous (HAZMAT). These items are subject to an additional
handling fee. Hazardous items cannot ship via air therefore these items
can only be shipped via FedEx/UPS Ground or common carrier. Review your
item description for non UPSable/FedEx items. 

  FREIGHT LINE SHIPPING 
  Orders or items that cannot ship via FedEx/UPS Ground due to their weight and/or size
ship via a Freight Line Service. Such orders ship out within 7 - 10 business
days from when the order was placed. Delivery then takes between 3 - 5 business
days once the order is shipped. 

  Orders shipped via freight line to a residential address are strictly delivered curbside.
The Freight company will typically assess additional fees for any delivery
beyond normal curbside delivery. Our fees do not include any delivery service
beyond curbside - customers are responsible for any extra charges incurred
for any extra services. In addition, customers are responsible for additional
charges incurred due to missed delivery appointments or re-deliveries. Extra
service fees may include a 'Tommy Lift' to lower the item to ground level.
Freight line companies are only required to bring the item to the 'tailgate'
of the truck, no more. Review your order and tracking info for freight line
info (Pro number, Carrier Name). Contact them and review extra services
where needed. Contact us prior to delivery if you need help with this. We
will review the info you need to contact the carrier in your city to make
those arrangements.

  WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER

Processing your order is our #1 priority. All orders are shipped via FedEx/UPS Ground
1 - 2 business days after they are placed on kitchenstuff.com, robotcoupe.net or partsdirect.bz.
Shipping then takes between 1-5 business days, but please allow up to 7
business days.

  SHIPPING LOCATIONS
  All orders ship from the closest warehouse or factory. Should the closest facility
not have the item or items you ordered in stock, we will ship from the next
closest warehouse. This may result in you receiving your order at different
times if you ordered more than 1 item.
